you know i think part of what it is would be the staff i think the staff is mostimportant and i think is this there that um, cares about the issues. weprimarily serve low-income noncustodial fathers never married or unmarried and i thinkthe staff that we have have a sense of compassion as well asthey also hold the guys in program accountable um, so, you have to have both if they have their balance which alsohave an opportunity to teach them some the things that they never learned or
they still need to learn about becomingfathers and i think is just the support that they receive the family environmentthat we have the multitude of services that we have addressing a number areas that need thatthey have and i think all wrong would like a werelike a coach innocent we push and push and push in but more importantly believe in them andso we establish goals for them as well as on happen how to get thereand his work with them to accomplish those goals
whatever they may be so i think that'sthe biggest part i think the support of peace in addition to training and educationthink the combination of those things in addition to this they have the warmand friendly i'm inviting i'm motivating i think that's the wholething is what makes these guys successful
