diy body butter

hey there, today i will make solid body batters, like this one they are similar as the lush body butters everybody can make this recipe as you only need shea butter, cocoa butter and beeswax you just have to melt in a double boiler all of this, then put it in the fridge and the next day it is ready to use! you can add colors as i did but you should use only pigments you should use a very small quantity because as you know pigments are used for makeup and they paint the skin this is one of my favorite products it is very moisturizing because it is butter and wax (not oil) use it after shower to wet skin, apply it all over the body, the butter melts at skin temperature

so butter with water is the perfect moisturizing, it is very good for dry skin and oily skin too i have oily skin and i like using it if you find it very oily you can put some water on and massage to absorb all of the butter let's get started, ciao weight the shea butter weight the cocoa butter weight the beeswax then cut it into small pieces put first beeswax and cocoa butter in a double boiler to melt and then add shea butter because it doesn't need high temperature

as you can see beeswax needs very high temperature to be melted when it is melted you can add shea butter and stir you can add a little of pigment you can use gold or argent color to make a brilliance look, this is really good for the summer to tanned skin stir and wait to cool down so you can add essential oils if you like essential oils is not necessary to use i use 2-3 drops of lavender use an silicone ice container or any other silicon container you want fill up and put it in the fridge

and the next day are ready to use! apply it to wet skin you can conserve it in the fridge you can use this little one for one application or the bigger one for more than one application thank you for watching, ciao
